Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare

2D drawings

and assist in creating

basic 3D models

using AutoCAD. Understand and apply

fundamental design principles

related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.

Read and interpret

architectural plans, structural drawings, and MEP layouts accurately. Draft

schematic diagrams, layout plans, sections, and detailed drawings

under guidance. Maintain and update

drawing documentation

, version control, and revision logs. Participate in

technical training sessions

and follow instructions from senior engineers / design leads. Gradually take responsibility for

real project drawings

with accuracy and professionalism. Apply

industry codes, standards, and best drafting practices

while preparing layouts. Coordinate with

internal teams

, including engineering, site execution, and procurement, to understand design requirements. Revise drawings and layouts as per

engineering markups, QA reviews, and client feedback

. Demonstrate consistent

improvement in accuracy, speed, attention to detail, and understanding of MEP systems

. Ensure all drawings prepared are

organized, clear, and meet company quality standards

.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or any equivalent technical field). AutoCAD certification is

mandatory

. Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of construction or building drawings is preferred. (Training will be provided as required.)

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
