Role Overview

Intelligent Consulting Engineers (ICE), an engineering consulting organization working on

AEC and BIM-based projects

, is seeking

BCom/ Any Graduate freshers

for the position of

Trainee - Document Controller

.

This role follows standard

AEC industry document control practices

and supports BIM projects by managing

technical documents, drawings, models, transmittals, and project records

. The trainee will work under the guidance of the

Project Head

and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control & Project Records Maintain document registers for drawings, models, and reports Maintain Excel-based trackers for project documentation Support project reporting and audit requirements Ensure accuracy and traceability of project records Coordinate with BIM and engineering teams for document flow Support the Project Head - BIM in documentation and reporting Maintain confidentiality and data integrity Adhere to internal SOPs and AEC industry best practices Implement version control and revision tracking Ensure compliance with project-specific document control procedures Organize project data in DMS / shared platforms

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

B.Com (Freshers welcome) Strong working knowledge of

MS Excel

(formulas, Pivot Tables, filters) Good numerical and analytical skills Willingness to learn data tools and techniques

Preferred Skills

Logical thinking and attention to detail Ability to interpret numbers meaningfully Good communication skills Knowledge of document control systems, ERP, or DMS Interest in operations, project coordination, or MIS roles

Training & Stipend Structure

This is a

6-month structured training program

with clearly defined phases:

First 3 Months:

Free training period

Next 3 Months:

Stipend of

?8,000 per month

Career Opportunities After Training

Based on performance during the 6-month training program, candidates may be offered a

full-time role

with the following salary structure:

Grade A:

?16,000 per month

Grade B:

?15,500 per month

Grade C:

?14,000 per month

An 18-month service agreement

will begin

from Day 1 of the training program
