Job Overview
As a Trainee, you will develop skills in salad preparation and kitchen operations while learning food safety fundamentals and contributing to meal production.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn salad composition principles
Develop knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Learn kitchen equipment use and maintenance
Assist with FIFO inventory management
Participate in kitchen sanitization
Learn essential food preparation techniques
Follow ingredient storage guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
Kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
Basic understanding of food preparation
