Position Title: Trainee - Digital Marketing & Social Media
Work Location: Noida, UP
Shift Timings: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
About the Role: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team of Marketing & Communication. The role involves supporting the marketing initiatives of the organization through content creation, social media management, event coordination, and brand communication. You'll work closely with the HR and marketing teams to strengthen our brand visibility on all social media platforms and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create engaging content, captions, and creatives for posts related to company updates, events, festivals, and employee initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement events and capture highlights for social media.
• Monitor and track social media analytics and engagement to measure campaign performance.
• Support in preparing marketing collaterals, newsletters, and email communications.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and digital profiles.
• Research current trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative marketing ideas.
• Participate in branding projects such as event themes, visual identity, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communication channels.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, MS Office, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship experience in marketing, communication, or social media (preferred but not mandatory).
