Desktop Support Engineer - Key Skills:-
Experience in installation, configuration & troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers & scanners.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office/O365 and basic Active Directory/user management.
Basic network troubleshooting
Familiarity with antivirus & endpoint security tools.
Hands-on with remote support tools
Strong communication, customer support & problem-solving skills.
1-3 years relevant experience is required
