Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and sourcing potential tenders. Support the team in building a database of potential tenders and clients. Client communication for existing Business. Assist in communication with potential clients, preparing and sending introductory materials, emails, and presentations. Work with the sales team to help prepare sales materials, presentations, and product catalogs. Support the team in following up on sales leads and closing deals. Work with marketing department to understand how different functions support business development. Assist in preparing periodic reports on market trends, sales forecasts, and business performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead generation activities, and sales progress.

Skills to have :

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and how manufacturing industries operate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other ERP software. Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Confident to tackle customers.
