Customer relationship Calls play an important role in establishing the presence of CRD Sales executive among the customers in list. This will help in taking feedback of customers, ensure the participation of customers in different campaigns and handling customer queries
Implementation of Marketing Schemes & activities
Schemes and offers are communicated through call, WhatsApp, and email by CRD Sales executives. These communications are a way of getting leads from customers. We create some special offers and schemes only for customers to get their attention. During the communication we talk about schemes and offers also detail them about mobile application, website, our products etc.
Customer Master Update & Timely Corrections
Customer master update and timely correction is an important job of CRD Sales executive. The wrong numbers getting during the calls are noted down by CRD Sales executive. These numbers are communicated to the respective BMs and the correct contact numbers are collected. These numbers are timely updated in CRM. This way the update of customer master is ensured
