Interact with students and parents to provide information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth student onboarding.
Support the counselling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or a related role (education industry preferred).
Excellent spoken and written
English communication skills
.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
