1. Monitoring projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed within its budget and project duration.
2. Analyzing, developing, and negotiating construction contracts as per the organization requirements.
3. Monthly NMR Budget and process for approval
4. Labour Rate Index updation on Monthly Basis
5. Studying the TES thoroughly for the respective projects to prepare the Contract Strategy and Monthly plan
6. Half Yearly Contractor Evaluation Report
7. Released Contract execution Report
8. Co ordination with external parties & and internal departments/HODs
9. Assisting to prepare the department monthly reports
