• Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other regular Company Secretarial Documents.


• Preparation and filing of MCA forms & returns


• Basic knowledge on RBI compliances applicable to NBFC


• Compliances for Public Limited Companies/ Govt. Company


• Basic Knowledge of IBC


• All secretarial tasks such as issue of shares, increase in Authorised capital, Transfer of Shares, Demat, dealing with regulators


• Labour Laws


• Drafting letters to authorities


• All types of Business Licensing and Registrations


• Other responsibilities as and when assigned



Key skills:



Knowledge of Companies Act, RBI, IBC, other general laws applicable to public limited companies.


Educational Qualification:



Minimum qualification: Executive passed & Graduate: B.com/BBA/M.Com/MBA



Preferably Professional passed.


Location: Bengaluru
