We also produce and manage the biggest music events, live performances, sports, plays across India such as Lollapalooza, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bandland, Guns N' Roses, U2, Cirque De Soleil, Indian Premier League and others.

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our Client Servicing team in the live events space. You'll work closely with account managers and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of events. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of event planning, client management, and on-ground coordination.

Your Profile

Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients

Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and reports + maintaining all sheets/trackers for brands

Coordinate with internal departments (project, business, production, creative, marketing) to ensure timely deliverables

Help manage event timelines, client feedback, and follow-ups

Support in on ground execution for brand deliverables

Your Checklist

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Interest in events, marketing, or brand activations

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Prior experience in college events or internships is a plus
