Your Profile

Member Engagement: Assist in hosting and interacting with RSC members, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met. Experience Delivery: Support the team on-site at events to provide smooth, personalized, and premium client experiences. Relationship Building: Help capture client preferences and feedback to tailor future interactions. CX Support: Handle queries, resolve minor issues, and ensure every client touchpoint reflects RSC's exclusivity. Coordination & Reporting: Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and documentation, along with creating presentations or reports using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Your Checklist

A go-getter attitude with strong networking and information-seeking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-profile member interactions. Good organizational abilities with attention to detail. Basic proficiency in Canva and/or PowerPoint, and Excel. Current student or recent graduate (Hospitality, Marketing, Event/Luxury Management, or related fields). * Prior exposure to client-facing or hospitality roles is a plus.
