Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Design and Planning:

Contribute to the development of project plans, designs, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.

Support Project Management:

Assist with tasks like project scheduling, cost estimation, and documentation.

Site Supervision:

Monitor construction progress on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather and analyze data related to project feasibility, site conditions, and material requirements.

Drafting and Modeling:

Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create and modify project drawings.

Technical Research:

Research industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Coordination:

Communicate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Quality Control:

Assist with ensuring projects adhere to quality standards.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and specifications.

Compliance:

Ensure that all projects comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Learning and Development:

Continuously learn and develop skills in civil engineering practices.
Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

DCE or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software, drafting, and modeling.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills:

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Teamwork Skills:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills
