Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Trainee Civil Engineer

to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders who are eager to gain hands-on experience in both

site work

and

technical drafting

. You will support senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing construction-related tasks while also learning industry-standard software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Support site engineers in monitoring daily activities and maintaining progress reports. Take site measurements and translate them into accurate technical drawings. Learn and assist in estimation, billing, and material quantity calculations. Coordinate with the design team and site supervisors for smooth execution of projects. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and site data. Participate in client meetings and team discussions when required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduates preferred). Basic proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of SketchUp or similar tools is an advantage. Willingness to learn on the job and handle both office and site responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to improve technical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
