B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry/Diploma Chemical/B.Tech Chemical

0-8 years

1. Follows the instructions given by the Line Manager/Area Manager - production and Shift in charge.

2. Demonstrates awareness of safety requirements within work area to identify and escalate potential hazards.

3. Understands hazardous energies in equipment, can distinguish types of energy-isolating or de-energizing devices and can execute LOTO.

4. Implements safety precautions during material handling (MSDS).

5. Maintains manufacturing process area and environmental monitoring standards and adheres to process consistently while demonstrating ability to perform operations.

6. Executes manufacturing operations as per batch production records

7. Demonstrates ability to clean / sterilize equipment's and changeovers without supervision.

8. Adheres to requirements as per written procedures.

9. Understands, follows and can explain instructions related to own work areas.

10. Understands & executes the processes through DCS in own work area.

11. To follow safety norms and adhere with company policy.

12. To follow the Quality Policy & Contamination prevention policy of the company

13. Builds relationship with team members and encourages them to collaborate proactively by sharing knowledge and experiences.

14. Continuously acquires new skills related to different aspects of production cycle & applies it to work.

15. Identifies areas to improve efficiency before, after & during the production process in each batch and reduces/ optimizes wastage.

16. Responsible to work safely in coordination with colleagues.

17. Responsible for completing all the applicable trainings on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
