Key Responsibilities Project Execution

Plan, execute, and monitor wet scrubber projects from engineering to commissioning Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams Ensure project milestones, schedules, and budgets are met

Process & Chemical Engineering

Design and review process parameters for wet scrubbers (pH, flow rate, L/G ratio, pressure drop) Select suitable scrubbing media, chemicals, and materials of construction Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and mass balance calculations Analyze flue gas composition and recommend appropriate scrubbing solutions

Technical Documentation

Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and BOQs Review vendor drawings, GA drawings, and equipment specifications Maintain project documentation, test reports, and manuals

Installation & Commissioning

Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of wet scrubber systems Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting during startup Optimize system performance to meet emission standards

Client & Compliance

Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities Ensure compliance with CPCB/SPCB and applicable environmental norms Attend technical meetings, inspections, and audits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
