Job Title: Diploma Chemical Engineer (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Diploma in Chemical Engineering fresher to join our operations team. The selected candidate will support day-to-day plant operations, ensure process safety and efficiency, and assist in the production of quality chemical products while adhering to environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and controlling chemical plant processes.

Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Record and report daily production data, quality checks, and maintenance needs.

Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.

Ensure raw material handling and waste disposal as per environmental guidelines.

Coordinate with the quality control and maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in compliance with EHS norms.

Learn and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.

Basic understanding of unit operations, process control, and plant safety.

Familiarity with chemical handling and lab safety practices.

Willingness to work in shifts and industrial environments.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to process industry requirements.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Internship or training in a chemical plant or manufacturing unit.

Knowledge of basic instrumentation or SCADA systems.

Understanding of safety standards like HAZOP, MSDS, and PPE usage.
