Job Title: Trainee Captain (Tr. Captain)

Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management / F&B Service

Experience: 2-4 years in restaurant service, preferably in South Indian cuisine or casual dining setup

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities :Assists the Captain in supervising daily restaurant operations and guest service. Takes and processes guest orders, explains menu items, and ensures timely service by coordinating with kitchen staff. Guides stewards and trainee stewards during service and ensures table setup and cleanliness meet restaurant standards. Helps manage guest seating, special requests, and service recovery if needed. Maintains order accuracy and supports billing procedures. Ensures SOPs, hygiene, and safety practices are followed. Builds product knowledge, especially on South Indian dishes and service etiquette. Prepares to take on full Captain responsibilities through hands-on learning and daily performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
