Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Trainee Captain to join our team.You will learn how to manage restaurant operations, guide service staff, and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Restaurant Captain in daily operations, ensuring efficient and courteous service at all times. Greet guests warmly and ensure their comfort throughout the dining experience. Support in training and guiding service staff on restaurant standards and guest service. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and politely. Ensure table settings, order taking, and service follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Learn and adhere to restaurant policies, menu details, and service protocols.

Skills & Qualities Needed:



Experience in the Hospitality Sector with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, presentable, and customer-focused. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
