Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Captain in supervising the service staff and daily operations.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service hours.
Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating and service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely food and beverage delivery.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Learn and follow service standards, billing procedures, and POS system.
Support in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Assist in training and motivating the service team.
Maintain records of orders, inventory, and feedback.
