Job Responsibilities:
To onboard and groom entry-level talent into business development professionals who can contribute to lead generation, prospect engagement, proposal support, and outreach operations--while developing a foundational understanding of IncubXperts' offerings, client types, and sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Onboarding
Participate in structured onboarding to understand the company's ICP, engagement model, services, industry focus, and key differentiators.
Complete foundational learning modules (e.g., B2B sales, inbound vs outbound, customer personas).
Build conceptual understanding of technologies (web/mobile/cloud) and how they relate to IncubXperts' service offerings.
Market Research & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, and web research.
Learn to evaluate tech fitment, buying signals/triggers, and firmographics for Prospect qualification.
Assist in prospect database building and upkeep, ensuring relevant fields are captured accurately.
Proposal & Outreach Support
Contribute to proposal preparation by helping structure responses based on client problem statements.
Participate in writing outreach emails, connection requests, and LinkedIn message drafts under guidance.
Learn to tailor pitches based on prospect persona and platform.
Content & Collateral Contribution
Assist with brand awareness activities on social media and contribute to building IncubXperts' digital voice.
Tools & Process Familiarization
Learn the use of CRM for lead management and activity tracking.
Explore tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other relevant outreach tools used within the BD function.
Project Understanding & Case Mapping
Understand the functional and technical aspects of key projects done at IncubXperts.
Requirements
Desired Qualification/Requirements:
Educational Background
: Recent graduates in BBA/MBA (Marketing/IT), BCA/BSc (CS), BE (CS/IT), or Mass Communication with a tech inclination.
Communication
: Strong written and verbal English skills; ability to express thoughts clearly.
Technology Curiosity
: Eagerness to understand software delivery, tools, and platforms used in the company.
Initiative & Ownership
: Willingness to go beyond tasks, ask questions, and improve independently.
Collaboration
: Comfort working closely with multiple stakeholders; openness to feedback and iteration.
Growth Path:
This is an entry point into the Business Development team. Trainees who show initiative, grasp both business and tech concepts well, and contribute meaningfully to campaigns, prospecting, and proposals may transition to the
Jr. BD Executive
role within 1-3 months.
