We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving sales through direct customer engagement, building strong relationships, and expanding market presence for TBA.

Key Responsibilities



Prospecting and lead generation: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals. Customer engagement: Meet clients face-to-face to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Sales achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiation and closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Market research: Collect insights on competitors, pricing, and customer trends to inform strategy. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide timely updates to management. After-sales support: Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
