Hotel Management Trainees
to join our
Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office
departments.
Role Overview
As a Hotel Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training across key operational areas of the hotel. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical skills, enhance customer service capabilities, and understand the day-to-day operations of a hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities Food & Beverage (F&B) Department
Assist in taking orders and serving guests in restaurants, banquets, and bars.
Learn about menu items, food pairing, and beverage service.
Support in maintaining hygiene, table setup, and guest satisfaction.
Kitchen (Culinary)
Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Learn plating, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
Help in inventory checks and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Front Office
Greet and welcome guests at reception.
Handle check-in and check-out processes.
Assist with reservations, guest queries, and concierge services.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management (or currently pursuing final year).
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Positive attitude, grooming standards, and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
