Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons. Interpret explanation of benefits received etc prior to making the call. Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the U.S. Follow up on outstanding claims and check claim statuses. Identify reasons for denials or rejections. Initiate appeals and reprocess claims when needed. Document actions taken on claims clearly and accurately. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate (BSc, BCom, BBA, BA,BCA etc.); medical or life science background is a plus. Good spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred). Basic knowledge of medical billing is helpful but not mandatory. Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
