Trainee Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant

to support day-to-day administrative and office tasks. The ideal candidate should have

basic communication skills

and working knowledge of

MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Requirements




+ Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks. + Prepare and maintain basic documents, spreadsheets and in Word.
+ Manage filing systems (soft copy and hard copy).
+ Support in data entry and record keeping.
+ Handle basic correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos).
+ Provide assistance to different departments as required.
+ Perform other general office duties assigned by the supervisor.
