Trainee - Accounts

Department:

Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose:



To assist the Accounts Department in day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting activities while gaining practical experience and developing professional accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP). Support preparation of vouchers, invoices, and bills. Help in reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers. Maintain files and documentation related to accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial statements. Coordinate with internal departments for collection and verification of financial data. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of accounting information.

Educational Qualification:



B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:



Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. Internship experience in an accounting role will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
