Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Auditing:

Support the team in conducting internal and external audits. Review and verify accuracy of financial documents. Help identify audit findings and assist in implementing improvements.

Taxation:

Help with the preparation of tax returns and filings. Assist with compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Accounting Support:

Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger. Help reconcile bank statements and other accounts. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and practices.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing B.com, CA or completed CA (Chartered Accountant) certification. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally & Excel) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
