Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely vehicle placement from local markets as per trip requirement.
Track and monitor vehicle movement from loading to delivery.
Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, and vendors for smooth execution.
Handle issues related to delays, breakdowns, and route diversions.
Collect and manage LR, e-way bill, and POD documentation.
Regularly update internal teams about vehicle status and ETAs.
Build and maintain relationships with local transporters and driver unions.
Support the operations team in achieving daily placement and dispatch targets.
Essential Attributes:
Strong knowledge of local transport hubs and open market FTL route and rate familiarity Punctual, field-active, and responsive attitude Capable of handling pressure and urgent placement needs Basic communication & coordination skills Discipline in documentation and reporting
