Job Description

:

• Responsible for establishing the Traffic Management Plan and implementing/monitoring the plan.
• Ensure that subcontractors and suppliers adhere to procedures set out in the pre-site conditions by booking in deliveries giving the required notes.
• Planning & managing heavy vehicular movement at site.
• Provide instruction to general public and workmen for traffic safety & ensure necessary signs need to be installed at construction site if required.
• For Implementation & communicating safely driving and working practices among sub-contractors.
• Carryout site SHE inspections and maintain the documents.
• Taking prompt action of site inspection and hazard findings.
• Compliance to all the points identified in inspection reports.
• Conduct Emergency Mock drill on regular intervals.
• Provide guidance for safety precautions to be taken in construction work.
• Ensure that all incidents (Near miss cases / Reportable LTI / Dangerous Occurrence / Fatality / Environment related incidents) are reported promptly.
• Coordinate all investigations (Near miss cases / Reportable LTI / Dangerous Occurrence / Fatality / Environment related incidents) along with SHE Management team.
