Job Summary:

As an Associate in the CPG Middle Office Operations & Project Management team, you support daily controls and drive process enhancements. You collaborate with global and local teams to ensure robust collateral management and operational excellence. You manage strategic projects, delivering impactful results and key initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Execute daily collateral management processes with precision and compliance Perform root cause analysis and resolve exceptions efficiently Maintain and enhance control frameworks to mitigate operational risk Lead process improvement initiatives, including automation and workflow optimization Coordinate with technology, product, and business partners to deliver project milestones Prepare and present impactful project updates and recommendations to senior management Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicate effectively through presentations, emails, and meetings Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for management oversight Ensure adherence to firmwide policies, procedures, and regulatory standard

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Demonstrate minimum 3 years of experience in financial services operations Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools proficiently Apply automation or project management tools to enhance processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Display experience in collateral management or middle office functions Leverage project management methodologies for successful delivery Adapt quickly to changing business needs and environments Collaborate across global teams and diverse functions Innovate and drive process enhancements proactively Interpret complex data and present actionable insights Support audit, compliance, and risk reviews with detailed documentation
