Job Summary
As an Operations Analyst within the Portfolio Solutions & Research Support Team, you ensure the accuracy of investment decision-making and trade-flow processes.
You oversee data integrity, system readiness, and reconciliation across middle office systems.
You partner with key stakeholders to resolve issues, manage deliverables, and support strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee middle office data environment and system readiness
• Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation tests
• Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data
• Enter client portfolio requests into workflow tools
• Escalate operational incidents early and ensure root cause analysis
• Deliver consistent results while managing multiple tasks
• Adapt to changing environments and implement new processes
• Prepare and distribute MIS reports on business and operations
• Partner with Middle Office, Operations, and Technology teams
• Manage deliverables and service ad hoc queries
• Document and improve operational processes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Demonstrate strong academic background and minimum 2 years industry experience
• Apply process automation skills with Python, Alteryx, SQL, and VBA
• Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
• Prioritize tasks with urgency and execute efficiently
• Drive process changes and efficiencies in business operations
• Understand investment products and maintain a control-oriented mindset
• Interpret results and proactively prevent operational issues
