We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead marketing and sales operations in the aluminium industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of market dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and competitor analysis within the metals industry.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily MCX pricing and market trends Observe competitor activities and inform strategy Identify opportunities and build sustainable competitive sales strategies Develop new markets to support business growth and improve penetration
Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing from a reputed institute B.Com degree (mandatory) MBA is an advantage 3 to 5 years of experience in the aluminium industry 5 to 7 years of total experience in sales Proficient in Tally, Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Preferred Skills:

Background in aluminium, metals, or trading industries Strong market analysis capabilities Familiarity with pricing tools and industry benchmarks
