Position VI: Trading Operations Associate
Relevant Experience
6 months+ experience in trading operations or OMS/EMS support
Exposure to trading platforms, order management systems, or exchange connectivity
Experience handling trading incidents, connectivity issues, or order failures
Familiarity with UAT testing, system upgrades, or API/FIX connectivity
Experience in brokerage, prop trading, or fintech firms preferred
Key Skills Required
Understanding of trading systems & market infrastructure
OMS/EMS & FIX protocol knowledge
Incident & issue management
System monitoring & reporting
Coordination with tech & exchange teams
Risk controls & SOP adherence
Documentation & audit readiness
