Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level / Mid-Level Salary: Basic Fixed + Profit Sharing (Performance-Based)

About Us We are a small startup building a self-funded trading & research desk -- focused on systematic trading, automation, and learning-based growth.

We trade on our own (individual) account, within the legal framework. This is NOT a registered prop firm, but a hands-on trading desk where passion, discipline, and skill matter most.

Key Responsibilities o Trade equities, indices, or options on our account (as authorized) o Follow risk management & stop-loss discipline o Keep trade logs and analyze performance o Participate in strategy discussions and research o Optional: work on automating systems via Excel/Python/API

Skills Preferred Technical analysis / chart reading Preferred Risk management & discipline Must Excel / data tracking Preferred Python / coding / APIs Bonus Trading software usage Preferred Willing to learn & grow Must

Compensation Basic Fixed Salary + Profit Sharing - based on trading performance The better you trade, the more you earn.
