Updating client database and responding quickly to all the clients' needs and replying to related mails.
Assembling the paperwork required for trademark application. Preparing formal documents pertaining to prosecution, opposition and renewals and uploading and filing them at Indian Trademark Office
Generating docket reports, and reporting IP docketing to senior IP professionals while acting on their advice.
Preparing invoices and keeping track of the time that can be billed to clients.
Assisting with client meeting scheduling and keeping track of important court dates and approaching deadlines.
Maintaining a positive working relationship with the client and Staff by updating presentations, reports, and templates.
Qualifications/ Skills Required
Trademark Paralegals have the following qualifications:
About 1-2 years of experience managing trademark docketing and prosecution
Proper attention to detail and practical experience managing a large trademark prosecution docket.
Knowledge of creating docket reports and managing Intellectual property records.
Sufficient knowledge of Trademark application and review.
Research and time management abilities.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
