Trademark Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
trademark applications
, drafting, and documentation
Conduct
trademark searches
and prepare reports
Draft notices, responses, and supporting documents
Coordinate with attorneys and clients for required information
Maintain case files, records, and timelines for trademark matters
Support in trademark prosecution and compliance tasks
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
12th Pass
(Graduation preferred but not mandatory)
Basic understanding of trademarks or legal procedures is a plus
Good communication and drafting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work responsibly
