About the internship
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for intellectual property law? Join Sr4ipr Partners as a trademark intern and gain hands-on experience in the world of trademarks!
1. Assist in conducting trademark searches and analyzing search results
2. Draft trademark applications and correspondence with the USPTO
3. Organize and maintain trademark portfolios for clients
4. Assist in preparing responses to office actions and opposition
5. Conduct research on trademark laws and regulations
6. Update and maintain trademark databases using MS Excel
7. Prepare presentations and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint
