We have an urgent requirement for Trademark Associate

Extensive experience at handling IPR matters, primarily end to end Trademark prosecution. Drafting knowledge is mandatory. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trademark Associate. As a Trademark Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of the trademark process, including conducting trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, responding to office actions, maintaining trademark portfolios, and managing trademark opposition.

Responsibilities:

Conduct trademark searches and prepare clearance reports Assist with the preparation and filing of trademark applications and responses to office actions Manage and maintain trademark portfolios Conduct trademark watch services and track trademark deadlines Assist with trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal Knowledge of trademark laws and procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trademark databases
