Load the Futures & Options trades into the ETRM(

ATLAS

) system and dispatch confirmation letters to respective counterparties. Reconcile Futures & Options trades between two relevant systems and Hedging/Pricing activity to be done across Futures vs Physical contracts. Support for Contracts amendments and ensuring accurate corrections. Generate and submit Daily and Weekly Open Interest (OI) reports. Update payments in the SAP Fiori system for daily margins, broker commissions and other related expenses. Participate in designated training programs to develop technical skills and job-related knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies on data privacy, ethics, and safety procedures.


Qualifications



0-2 years of experience in Derivatives, Investment Banking, Contract Management, Commodities, or Finance & Accounting; or relevant exposure through academic projects or internships. Graduation in Accounting or Commerce / master's degree is an added advantage

processes and practices. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
