Main/Primary responsibilities:



Enter and update promotion data in internal systems accurately and efficiently. Ensure all promotions comply with internal controls and data governance. Maintain and report on Trade Promotion KPIs for key stakeholders. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial, and Sales Controlling teams to validate promotional uploads. Support audits by providing necessary data and documentation. Maintain up-to-date documentation of trade promotion procedures.

Key/Required Qualifications and Experiences:



Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with clear stakeholder updates Comfort working through complex problems or challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills will be assessed during screening)

Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:



Experience (up to 1 year) in a similar role or familiarity with internal controls Working knowledge of SAP or BW systems Intermediate Excel skills Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
