Role Overview:
We are looking for a fresher with strong Python skills and an interest in financial markets to support our Trading Execution team. This role will help ensure smooth trade operations through automation, reconciliations, data checks, and shift-based system monitoring.
Requirements

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to support execution workflows.

• Automate daily reports, reconciliations, data validations, and routine trading tasks.

• Monitor trading systems, order flow, and market data; escalate issues promptly.

• Perform trade and data reconciliations between internal systems, brokers, and exchanges.

• Support the execution desk with intermediate market analysis and understanding of order flow.

• Track exceptions, log system alerts, and assist in resolving operational discrepancies.

• Prepare accurate shift-wise updates and handover reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers (0-1 year experience).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields

• Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred).

• Intermediate understanding of financial markets, including basic concepts of Futures & Options and trading workflows.

• Good Excel and analytical skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.

• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn execution processes.
