Strategic planning:
Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to hospital services and objectives, with a focus on professional outreach.
Stakeholder engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, pharmacists, and other key referral sources.
Promotional activities:
Create and execute promotional and outreach programs to drive awareness and referrals for specific departments or services.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities and referral channels.
Sales and performance:
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies, track key performance indicators, and report on sales and marketing performance.
Budget management:
Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve goals.
