Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and sales performance across retail and distribution channels. This role will focus on developing and executing trade marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives to maximize market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Trade Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies in line with overall brand objectives.

Plan and execute channel-specific promotions to drive sell-in and sell-out.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Retail Activation & Visibility

Ensure optimal brand visibility across traditional and modern trade channels.

Develop POS materials, in-store branding, and merchandising strategies.

Monitor retail execution standards across regions.

Sales Collaboration

Work closely with sales teams to drive distributor and retailer engagement.

Support field sales with effective trade tools and promotional calendars.

Align sales forecasts with marketing activities.

Budget & ROI Management

Manage trade marketing budgets effectively.

Measure and report on promotional campaign ROI and suggest improvements.

Market & Consumer Insights

Conduct regular trade visits to gather insights from retailers and distributors.

Track shopper behavior and retail trends to refine strategies.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing, preferably in food, beverage, or personal care segments.

Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and wholesale channels.

Proficient in sales data analysis and performance tracking.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
