MARKETING EXECUTIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive digital marketing initiatives and B2B customer engagement for Polystox, a leading polymer brand under Acron International Private Limited. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, develop market intelligence, and create compelling content targeting industry stakeholders in South Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Manage push notifications and in-app marketing for the Polystox platform
Develop A/B testing strategies for creative content and campaigns
Monitor campaign performance metrics and ROI
2. B2B Customer Engagement
Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp/HubSpot/Zoho
Design marketing collateral and push notification content using canva.
Develop customer engagement strategies for polymers marketplace.
Collaborate with sales team for lead nurturing and conversion.
3. Market Intelligence & Pricing Analysis
Monitor real-time polymer commodity price updates (PVC, PP, PE)
Analyze competitive market strategies and industry trends
Prepare market reports and competitive analysis
Support pricing and promotional strategy development
4. Content Creation & Marketing
Develop marketing content for industry magazines and publications
Create engaging social media and web content
Prepare case studies and whitepapers on industry trends
Design promotional materials for trade exhibitions
5. Trade Show & Event Marketing
Coordinate with Exhibitions and other industry event organizers
Plan trade show marketing strategies and materials
Develop exhibition support collateral
Manage post-event follow-up campaigns
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho or similar)
Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads management
Understanding of the chemical/polymer industry preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in polymer, chemical, or petrochemical industry
Knowledge of commodity pricing and market dynamics
Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot
Experience with CRM systems
Familiarity with trade magazine advertising and sponsorships
Experience managing B2B marketplace platforms
