Plan and execute trade marketing, branding, and promotional activities across Pan India markets
Manage POSM development, branding execution, and in-store visibility as per brand guidelines
Coordinate and participate in domestic & international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
Execute trade promotions, product launches, retailer activations, and on-ground marketing campaigns
Manage end-to-end vendor coordination for POSM production, events, logistics, and branding materials
Work closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure effective trade-level execution
Monitor execution quality, timelines, and costs; track performance and prepare activity reports
Experience & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing
(FMCG / Food & Snacks preferred)
Hands-on experience in branding, promotions, POSM, and vendor management
Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas
Strong coordination, negotiation, and execution skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
