Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing Strategy:
? Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
? Support category-wise growth by tailoring marketing activities for specific product
segments.
2. Campaigns & Activations:
? Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL campaigns including:
o Events
o In-store promotions
o Product sampling
o Visibility drives
o Direct marketing initiatives
? Manage the event calendar and ensure timely execution of all activities.
3. Agency Management:
? Liaise with existing agencies and onboard new partners for:
o Events & activations
o POSM printing
o Retail branding
? Ensure timely delivery and quality of work from all vendors.
4. Market Intelligence:
? Capture, analyze, and utilize market intelligence to:
o Monitor competitor activities
o Identify market trends
o Develop unique schemes and customer engagement strategies
5. Brand Visibility & Retail Execution:
? Drive and ensure implementation of brand visibility campaigns across retail outlets and
Out-of-Home (OOH) media.
? Monitor placement and maintenance of signages as per brand guidelines.
6. Coordination & Collaboration:
? Maintain close coordination with sales, marketing, design, and other internal
departments.
? Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans across all touchpoints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
