Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement trade marketing activities to support sales targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and visibility activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Ensure brand guidelines and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) are effectively implemented at retail points.
Coordinate with the sales team to drive channel-specific growth.
Track ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on trade marketing initiatives and performance.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 years of trade marketing experience
(FMCG/Publishing/Retail preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Should be proactive, creative, and market-savvy.
