Organization andDepartment Summary Position Summary Incumbent will be part of Trade Services team of IMOS (Investment Middle Office Services) and will be responsible for clearing the trade exceptions for Securities, flawless delivery of process, completion of change management process & suggest process improvements. The candidate must have sound knowledge and experience in trade life cycle of securities transactions (Equities, Fixed Income, etc). Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities: Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI\'s & KRI\'s and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained with partner locations Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations Explain product features and benefits Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations Client focused Good time management skills An appreciation of risk and quality issues Control Oriented Proactive, positive approach Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly Ability to work independently Problem solving skills Attention to detail Behavioral Competencies:Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and onshore partners
