You will ensure timely completion of transaction management and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Your role includes offering subject matter expertise and driving process improvements.Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for FX Products operations
• Utilize FX trade life cycle knowledge in operations
• Draft confirmations for various FX product types
• Liaise with Legal for template queries and understand ISDA/EMTA
• Perform economic affirmations and netting processes
• Investigate and resolve issues per SLA timelines
• Build strong relationships with internal business lines
• Create and publish daily MIS of outstanding issues
• Maintain a control and process improvement mindset
• Critically challenge to identify control issues
• Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation
