Job Summary

As a Trade lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will manage a team of Specialists and Analysts to engage with customers and provide solutions. You will be accountable for achieving service metrics, financial goals, and employee satisfaction. Your role involves decision-making, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with risk guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

Execute business initiatives through open communication Make informed decisions using expertise and policies Identify and own process improvement opportunities Ensure adherence to policies and resolve escalations Manage team performance and motivate sustained results Demonstrate firm wide Manager Capabilities Track progress through feedback and self-evaluation Develop and deliver executive and external reporting Enhance department performance with increased authority Recommend solutions and implement process changes Partner with change management leadership as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Have a minimum of 5 years in customer service or related function Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate influencing skills effectively Utilize change management skills proficiently Prioritize tasks efficiently Analyze data to drive decisions Hold a High School diploma/GED

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
